Nice birthday ride for Ivy. Ingit naman ako! Miss ko na nga Lamesa lalo na ngayong mainit sa halos lahat ng trails! . . .at least sa lamesa malilim na 25km+ pa of challenging yet manageable trails.. Perfect para sa ating mga MTBsisters

Don't worry, you will survive with a vegetarian diet here in "carnivorous" Manila, haha =)
There are restaurants like Green's (Morato/Scout Area), Likha Diwa in UP, Blissful Belly in Xavierville Ave., and Boddhi in Greenhills, to name a few =)

It was fun day indeed! =) A really great way to celebrate your birthday, doing the 2 things we love- riding and eating! Haha!!

Great, that's absolutely a pleasant surprise. I'm not going to make it this year, but I'll make sure that I'm there next year. We should all have lunch or dinner at one of those fine vegetarian restaurants--you and your special someone, michelle and mat, karen and etc.

yargy!! biking na ba ang sport mo? paaaano na ang badminton???? i really missed playing.. wala kaming mahanap na court dito sa area namin e.. we tried once pero puro chinese sila and we can't understand them kasi no english!! hello diba?? pero nandito sa US ha.. hahaha!

Yes, we still do play badminton Mondays and Thursdays, then weekend, biking na =)
Yeah, I heard hirap nga daw maghanap ng court at kalaro ng badminton there in the US, but am sure may mahahanap din kayo eventually =)
